The latest of Obama's decisions is mounting proof that he is a "do as I say, not as I do" President. It is perhaps the single greatest indicator of a poor leader; a crack in his character and one of my predictors that he is going to fail.The decision is his pick for the health and human services secretary, Tom Daschle. Dashle just forgot to pay about $120,000 in taxes. So for one of Obama's nominees it's called a mistake, for Leona Helmsley it's called tax evasion.
Ironically it comes from the Democrats who feel they should tax Americans to save the poor, as long as someone else pays the taxes, because guys like Daschle don't have to. This is the type of unethical behavior that Obama would reel against had it not been someone he wanted to appoint.
This must be what Obama means of it's a brand new day in Washington, and how he is going to change things. Can you imagine one man single-handily destroying an already crippled America?
